Obituary of Marie Paulus

Marie Paulus, 97, passed away on February 1, 2023 at her home. Marie was formerly from Philadelphia, PA and had been a Cape May County resident for many years. She served as a clerk at the Cape May County Treasurer's Office for 10 years until her retirement. She is survived by her daughter Karen Nailie (Chuck) of Villas, daughter-in-law Marcia Paulus, 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great- grandchildren. Marie was predeceased by her husband, Ernest, who passed away in 2006, her son, Ernest "Budd", who passed away in 2022, sister Elizabeth Campbell, and brother Henry Kampmeier. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, February 5th, 2023 at Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., North Cape May, NJ at 1pm. Family and friends may call for visitation from 12-1pm prior to the service. Burial will be held at Cape May County Veterans Cemetery.
