Clarency, Arthur F., age 82 of Rio Grande, passed away Friday, January 23, 2021. Formerly of Deptford, Arthur has been an area resident since 1994. Arthur served in the Navy before serving with the Army National Guard out of Woodbury, NJ. He was also a member of the Teamsters Union #830 and worked as a truck driver and service man.
Arthur is predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Catherine Clarency, and his son Steven F. Clarency. He is survived by his son David, sister Doris (Joseph) Cenneno, nieces and nephews.
